We are delighted to share that the CRN® 2022 Women of the Channel list recognized Carolyn Gluth, Head of Education Channels, Paula Dymond, Head of North America B2B and EDU Marketing, Peggy Crespin, Head of VAR/SI Channels; and Jennifer Lynch, Head of Distribution, for their distinctive achievements and as female leaders in the IT channel.
Gluth spreads the message of Logitech for Education in all avenues, bringing awareness through the channel, distribution, and end-user events. Through these amazing partners, Logitech for Education continues to grow rapidly, supporting some of the largest school districts in North America. With educators and students at the forefront of her mission, Gluth is thrilled to be working alongside channel partners to help elevate learning and teaching.
Dymond’s passion for marketing shines through her work with channel partners and the Logitech sales organization. Through her leading a channel marketing team that drives sales engagement activities with partners and executes through campaigns driving attach, up-sell and cross sell rates within the Logitech portfolio, Dymond creatively launched and drove demand of the new Logitech for Business lineup of workspace solutions with a white glove early access program. New logos were acquired and large deals with our partner community were closed resulting in remarkable program ROI.
Crespin joined Logitech last year and has leveraged her diverse experience in the industry to grow the Video Collaboration business across the US VAR channel. She strives to represent “the voice of the partner” and to enhance the channel’s experience. Together with her team, Crespin implemented key initiatives and joint business plans that focus on developing pipeline, increasing partner competency, leveraging our ecosystem alliances, expanding vertical focus and growing market share through our portfolio of collaboration solutions and services.
Lynch exudes a devotion for the channel that has helped bring a better understanding of the distributor’s role and capabilities in the value chain. Alongside her team, Lynch rolled out Logitech’s first ever IT distribution partner program, bringing more customer engagement, collaboration and strategic alignment to the partnership. As a result, Logitech is much more effective when utilizing the entire partner ecosystem to advance our channel business.
“We are proud to once again recognize the remarkable leaders on this year’s Women of the Channel list. Their influence, confidence, and diligence continue to accelerate channel success significantly,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “Their accomplishments will inspire others, and we look forward to witnessing their future contributions to the channel.”
Logitech continues to support women in tech worldwide through our initiatives with Girls Who Code and other important programs. We congratulate Gluth, Dymond, Crespin and Lynch on their achievements and look forward to their continued success.
