The Logitech portfolio is getting bigger and our devices are getting better. We’re adding two new devices to our portfolio of conference room solutions to elevate the experience in huddle rooms and large board rooms. Beyond new devices, we’re adding three features: camera control, external audio, and room scheduling. Finally, we’re even featuring a preview of a powerful new remote management feature, enabling administrators more control over room troubleshooting, from a remote seat.
Remote UI Access with GoTo Resolve
We’ve heard from users that the ability to interact and control devices from a remote seat is a must-have for saving time in troubleshooting and management. With Remote UI Access, administrators gain hands-on control of in-room devices. Initially we’re partnering with GoTo to deliver this remote management experience through GoTo Resolve, its remote endpoint management platform.
Remote UI Access is straightforward: Complete the configuration through local network access and your GoTo Resolve account and you’re all set to remotely access. Check out our video for a more in-depth walkthrough of this process.
Our preview of Remote UI Access is just the beginning. Look forward to more enhancements and functionality for this feature in the near future.
Rally Bar Huddle and Sight Join the Family
With the addition of Rally Bar Huddle and Sight, now available for purchase, we sought to address rooms at the two ends of our portfolio: the small huddle room and the large board room.
With CollabOS 1.10, Rally Bar Huddle brings crystal clear video and audio to huddle rooms in an all-in-one system, while Sight adds a center-of-table view to medium and large rooms. Whether in a huddle space or a large board room, the Logitech portfolio of solutions enables in-room participants to be seen and heard more clearly.

Grid View Comes out of Beta for Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini
For our two most popular devices, we’re excited to announce that Grid View is now officially out of beta. Introduced last year, Grid View uses AI to intelligently frame in-room meeting participants, providing up to four individual gallery squares during a meeting. With this release, we enhanced Grid View by improving the AI grouping logic to further minimize unnecessary camera movement.
Grid View is available in Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and Android, Zoom Rooms, and Chromebox-based Google Meet Rooms.
New Camera Controls Come to Microsoft Teams Rooms
Native Microsoft Teams Rooms got a major upgrade in CollabOS 1.10. Previously, end users could only experience one camera mode that was preset in CollabOS system settings. Our latest partner feature for Microsoft Teams rooms allows end-users to switch between three active camera modes during a meeting.
Room View frames the entire group within the meeting room. Active Speaker utilizes Logitech RighSight2 to frame the current active individual speaker. Composite view also uses Logitech RightSight 2 along with Microsoft Intelliframe technology to place up to four active speakers in individual gallery images.
Expanding Room Flexibility with Pro Audio Support
Rooms come in all shapes and sizes. On occasion, the size of a room might require alternative audio sources. We’re excited to announce the expansion of external audio support, enabling new options for third-party microphones and speakers in rooms.
With this new capability, previously available on RoomMate, you now have the ability to link an external digital signal processor (DSP) to Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini. Available initially for Zoom Room Appliances, this functionality allows you to connect external microphones and speakers into your room ecosystem. Be sure to check out the Logitech verified DSP solutions offered by our partners at Shure, Biamp, Q-SYS, Extron, and Nureva.
RICOH Spaces Joins Tap Scheduler
We’re announcing that RICOH Spaces is now supported on Tap Scheduler. Make it easy to see meeting details and reserve a room for ad hoc and future meetings with RICOH Spaces and Tap Scheduler.
