1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals 18 years of age or older with a permanent residence is the following countries: France, Germany, UK, Japan. Employees, officers, and directors of Logitech and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
2. Binding Effect: By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All applicable laws and regulations apply.
3. Submission Period: Entries will be accepted beginning on March 13th and ending on March 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM CET.
4. How to Enter: Participants may enter by submitting feedback through this Google form. Participants may only submit one entry. The information provided will be used to contact the participant that is the winner of the prize draw.
5. Selection of Winner: Logitech will randomly draw one winner from all eligible entries received during the Submission Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner must complete any required documentation to claim their prize.
6. Prize and Prize Restrictions: the winner will receive a FREE MX Master 3S and MX Keys S. The approximate retail value of the prize is 249€. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, the winner grants Logitech the right to use its name and feedback for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: Logitech reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Logitech reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
