Challenge

NI offices were instructed by headquarters to globally standardize all communication tools based on Microsoft Teams as their software platform for collaboration. The global pandemic made this initiative even more critical. NI's goal was to provide easy to use, autonomous room systems that require little assistance, maintenance or support from IT. Logitech's "one touch to join" solution was identified as best-in-class.
