Our distributed manufacturing approach sources components globally from suppliers, joint design manufacturers, and contract manufacturers. We establish long-term relationships with core suppliers based on shared values of ethics, good practices, and RBA compliance to ensure Logitech products are produced in line with international good practice standards of quality and sustainability.

Our development programs help employees build skills and gain insights relevant to their lives. Onsite or online, employees have access to workshops, speakers, coaching and topic-specific education modules. Our managers look for opportunities to grow and retain talent at our offices globally and our manufacturing sites.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOR

We are committed to doing the right thing and we engage in candid and respectful dialogue about what works and what does not. We actively collaborate with industry coalition partners in the RBA to share good practice, evolve the Code of Conduct, and share tools and training. We require that all suppliers have an employee age verification and management program in place, and we conduct on-site audits for this as well as for the presence of forced labor.

RESPONSIBLE SOURCING OF MINERALS

100% of Logitech products comply with conflict free standards. As a committed member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), we use industry-leading best practice tools and processes to promote responsible sourcing and avoidance of conflict minerals throughout our global supply chain.

We work in accordance with RBA Code of Conduct and ISO 45001 international good practice to create a safe work environment for all. We work with our supply chain to help our suppliers adopt the same or similar standards across the globe.

LOGICARES

LogiCares is how we give back to the communities in which we live and work. We join others to help build thriving communities and reduce our environmental footprint. To further advance our impact and refine the scope of our future giving, we established the LogiCares Fund, a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) with the Tides Foundation.
