IF WE INSPIRE GIRLS, WE INSPIRE CHANGE.
WOMEN WHO MASTER
So, what is STEM? It’s an acronym for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. And in STEM fields, such as software engineering, there are barriers that prevent women from rising to the top.
The Logitech Master Series seeks to equip both men and women with the tools they need for peak performance and success - strengthening the company-wide values of global diversity and gender equality
With #WomenWhoMaster, our mission is to ignite an industry-wide movement in the tech industry and create change.

Closing the gender gap, one coder at a time
Did you know that in 1995, 37% of computer scientists were women - but today, it’s only 24%?*
By addressing systemic problems in the world of coding, and countering the high drop-off rate in girls between the ages of 13 and 17, Girls Who Code aims to close the gender gap in entry-level tech jobs - by as early as 2027. And Logitech is committed to helping this ambition come true.
Techlit Africa
![Nelly Cheboi in African school](https://resource.logitech.com/w_1206,c_limit,q_auto,f_auto,dpr_1.0/d_transparent.gif/content/dam/logitech/en/mx/women-who-master/2024-update/women-who-master-techlit-africa.jpg?v=1)
Digital skills unlock global opportunities.
To eradicate poverty in her home country, Kenya, Nelly Cheboi founded nonprofit Techlit Africa - which now provides +10,000 students across 30 schools with the skills they need to thrive. Soon expanding to 100 additional schools across Kenya, Nelly is set to bring digital skills to 40,000 students.
For 2 consecutive years, Logitech MX funded all computer classes in Logiri School. In 2024, the Logitech Cares Fund made a grant to expand the TechLit program to an additional five schools, making our total six that we now support!
Fondation Pacte

Starting young, eliminating bias.
Fondation Pacte, as an organization, observed a gender shift in STEM enthusiasm. Around age 13, girls start to retreat due to societal pressures. To counter this, she's bringing together women working in tech to inspire young students in Switzerland. We're proud to support her mission with two films we created that will feature in French-speaking Swiss schools!
