Matteo joined Logitech in September 2024 as CFO and is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, worldwide finance organization and engagement of an international base of shareholders trading Logitech shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Matteo joined Logitech from Gentherm, a leader of innovative thermal management and pneumatic comfort technologies for the automotive industry and medical patient temperature management systems. There, he held the position of CFO and Treasurer, responsible for all financial and IT operations globally.
He held financial, leadership roles at Myers Industries, Inc., Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., and Ferrari SpA, where he helped prepare the company for its IPO. Matteo began his career with General Electric Corporation where he held various leadership roles during his 16-year tenure, including CFO, GE Gas Engines, Global FP&A Manager, GE Transportation, and CFO, GE Consumer & Industrial, Asia Pacific.
Matteo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Parma, Italy. He is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy.
