Welcome to Logitech's("Logitech", "we", or "us") mobile message service (the "Service"). Your use of this Service signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). Please note that we may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Charges and Fees
The Service itself is free of charge from Logitech. However, you are responsible for any charges and fees related to text messaging as imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Delivery and Consent
Messages sent via the Service may utilize an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing or transactional text messages is not a requirement for purchasing any goods or services. If you opt-in, the Service will send you updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts) from Logitech to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency may vary. To opt-out, text STOP to 36954. You will receive a one-time confirmation text message. If you are subscribed to other Logitech mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you must opt-out separately from each program following their specific instructions.

Changes to Short Codes or Numbers
We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at our discretion and will notify you of such changes. Please be aware that messages sent to a previous short code or telephone number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made to outdated numbers.
Carrier Liability
The wireless carriers supporting this Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information related to your receipt of messages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Logitech is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, errors in such information, or any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on the information or Service.
