Partner Program Terms

If you are a party to a fully executed, written agreement between you and Logitech or any of its Affiliates (“Agreement”) that is currently in full force and effect, then the terms and conditions of such Agreement shall apply to your relationship with Logitech and any advertising, marketing, and promotional activities of Logitech’s brands, products, and services undertaken by you in connection with your use of this website. Your use of this website will also be governed by Logitech’s Terms of Use (“Terms”) unless and to the extent these Terms conflict with the Agreement. To resolve any conflict between the Agreement and the Terms, the terms of the Agreement will take precedence.

If you are a participating member of the Logitech G Partner Program (“Partner Program”), then the General Terms and Conditions of the Partner Program shall apply to your relationship with Logitech and any advertising, marketing, and promotional activities of Logitech’s brands, products, and services undertaken by you in connection with your use of this website. Your use of this website will also be governed by the Terms unless and to the extent the Terms conflict with the Partner Program General Terms and Conditions. To resolve any conflict between the Partner Program and the Terms, the General Terms and Conditions of the Partner Program will take precedence.

If neither situation above applies to you, then your use of this website will be governed by the Terms.
